Adam Fletcher, Chairman of the Electronic Components Supply Network (ecsn), has expressed his enthusiasm for welcoming Digi International Inc. as the newest member of the association.
Recognised as a leader in wireless communication innovation, Digi International is at the forefront of shaping the future of connected devices. Along with joining ecsn, Digi International has secured a position on ecsn’s Leadership Group, with Ronald ‘Ron’ Singh, BU Director at Digi OEM, set to represent the company on the committee.
Established in 1970, ecsn is a member-managed, not-for-profit organisation that supports the electronic components supply chain throughout its entire lifecycle, from inception to disposal and beyond. In the UK, ecsn’s manufacturer-authorised distributor members represent over 85% of the Distributor Total Available Market (DTAM).
Ron Singh commented: “I look forward to sharing my thoughts on how the electronic components industry is focused on serving its many valued customers, and some key inflection points the industry is experiencing today that pose opportunities for developers and distributors alike.”
