Maryannick Dauba is the new President of Avnet Silica, effective the 1st July 2026. She has spent more than 15 years at Avnet Silica in a range of leadership positions, and brings extensive experience across sales, business engagement, and customer-facing operations.
Most recently serving as EMEA Vice President Business Engagement, Dauba previously held roles including EMEA Sales Vice President, Regional Vice President South Europe, and Territory Director for France, Belgium, and North Africa.
Her appointment reflects Avnet Silica’s commitment to continuity, long-term supplier partnerships, and customer-focused growth across EMEA.
As President of Avnet Silica, Dauba will lead the company’s continued development across the EMEA region, building on the existing strategy and supporting the business through its next phase of growth.
