MaxLinear expands partnership with Rochester Electronics

As a specialist in high-performance analog and mixed-signal integrated circuits for connectivity solutions, MaxLinear is extending its partnership with Rochester Electronics to support customers in long-lifecycle applications.

Focusing on lifecycle management, Rochester offers a 100% authorised, traceable, and guaranteed inventory of active and obsolete lifecycle products.

Based on previous successful extended support for the MaxLinear SHDSL products, Rochester has acquired stock covering a broader range of MaxLinear’s portfolio. Its inventory includes additional networking and telecom products, a wide selection of RS232 drivers/receivers, serial I/O controllers, and many optimised power management devices.

Additionally, Rochester continues to support MaxLinear PEF2x628E (Socrates-e) SHDSL transceivers. Due to the complexity of firmware and software, redesigns are often undesirable. Therefore, extended availability has become critical for many customers.

Rochester produces inventory from the last available wafers to meet ongoing customer demands on a first-come, first-served basis.
