With a 3.00mm pitch, they accommodate cable diameters from 18 to 30mm and support current loads of up to 10.5A. Designed for wire-to-wire, board-to-board, and wire-to-board configurations, these connectors are versatile and suited for power applications across various industries. Micro-Fit 3.0 Blind-Mate Interface (BMI): This variant is specifically engineered for blind mating or hard-to-reach applications, featuring a moulded self-aligning design that allows up to 2.54mm of misalignment. These robust wire-to-wire and wire-to-board connectors are ideal for harsh environments.
Micro-Fit TPA: These connectors are designed to prevent contact damage during cable connections caused by improper assembly. The TPA feature includes an integrated secondary lock to ensure contacts remain secure and properly positioned.
Micro-Fit 3.0 CPI Connector: The Compliant Pin (CPI) connector, distinguished by its needle-eye shape, provides a reliable connection. Compatible with both male and female Micro-Fit crimp contacts, it eliminates the need for additional connectors. The CPI design also supports transitions from soldered to more cost-effective press-fit applications.
Micro-Fit 3.0 RMF Terminals (Reduced Mating Force): This connector design requires less force for mating and unmating, making it more ergonomic and user-friendly. The RMF contacts allow for higher current levels, even during operation, with a carrying capacity of 10A. The factory pre-lubricated version is durable for up to 250 mating cycles, making it ideal for high-use applications. It is available with conductor cross-sections ranging from 22 to 24 AWG and 26 to 30 AWG.
