Mouser Electronics has been awarded the ‘2024 Outstanding Online Distributor Award’ for the MCX New Product Introduction (NPI) in the EMEA region by NXP Semiconductors.
This recognition was bestowed during the NXP Semiconductors EMEA Distribution Summit, held in Catania in June 2024. NXP commended Mouser for its exceptional performance in launching the MCX industrial and IoT microcontrollers (MCUs) across the EMEA region.

The MCX MCU lineup from NXP Semiconductors includes the MCX N and MCX A series. The MCX N series, powered by Arm Cortex-M33 CPUs, features on-chip accelerators, autonomous peripherals, and enhanced security with the EdgeLock Secure Enclave. Select variants also integrate the eIQ Neutron neural processing unit for accelerated machine learning capabilities. Meanwhile, the MCX A series offers compact, scalable device options with intelligent peripheral support, advanced analogue integration, and an innovative power architecture designed for efficient performance. Both series are supported by the MCUXpresso Developer Experience, which includes the FRDM development platform and the eIQ machine learning software development environment. The FRDM-MCXN947 and FRDM-MCXA153 boards provide flexible platforms for rapid prototyping and development.
