Nexperia

The Dutch government has taken control of Nexperia, the Chinese-owned semiconductor manufacturer based in the Netherlands, following a ruling by the Dutch Enterprise Chamber and amid escalating geopolitical tensions surrounding technology and trade. After an emergency hearing on 7th October 2025, the Enterprise Chamber provisionally concluded that there were “valid reasons to doubt sound management”
