VisIC Technologies now available on DigiKey Marketplace

VisIC Technologies, a specialist in gallium nitride (GaN) power semiconductor technology, is now officially available on the DigiKey Marketplace, bringing its D ³GaN components to a broader global audience of engineers and system designers.

This partnership with DigiKey marks a significant step forward in VisIC’s mission to drive adoption of high-efficiency GaN power solutions in electric vehicles and industrial systems.

The product lineup currently includes VisIC’s automotive-grade D ³GaN transistors and modules, optimised for high-efficiency, compact, and scalable power systems. More products will be added in the coming months.
