Webinar: future-proofing supply chains in 2026

Procurement Pro will host a webinar, sponsored by Flip Electronics, focused on supply chain trends shaping the electronics industry in 2026. Taking place on 24th February at 2pm UK, the session will examine how procurement teams are expected to operate in an environment defined by geopolitical uncertainty, regulatory change, sustainability expectations, and continued digitalisation across global supply chains.

The webinar will address why understanding these trends will be critical for procurement professionals responsible for securing continuity of supply, managing cost pressures, and building resilient supplier ecosystems. As regionalisation strategies continue to evolve and risk management becomes an increasingly central procurement function, the session will outline how decision-makers can align sourcing strategies with both commercial objectives and compliance requirements.

The discussion will cover how global trade dynamics are likely to influence component availability, the expanding role of data and analytics in procurement planning, and the growing impact of environmental and social governance requirements on supplier selection. Speakers will also explore approaches to supplier diversification, long-term forecasting, and closer collaboration across engineering, operations, and procurement teams.

The webinar will provide practical insight into how organisations can prepare for change, adapt procurement strategies, and respond effectively to the challenges and opportunities that 2026 is expected to present across the supply chain.

The line-up of panellists include:
