The Toshiba TCKE9 Series 23V 4A eFuse ICs, available from Mouser, are electronic fuses that protect power supply lines from external overcurrent and overvoltage. The TCKE9 Series products have an adjustable current limit and fixed voltage clamp functions, in addition to slew rate control, UVLO, FLAG output, and more. eFuses offer repeatable protection and great accuracy, which is something that standard physical fuses do not.
The UMOS9-H silicon N-channel MOSFETs from Toshiba are ideal for high-efficiency DC-to-DC converters, switching voltage regulators, and motor drivers.
