Mouser Electronics shipping wide variety of Toshiba products

Mouser Electronics is an authorised global distributor of electronic components and solutions from Toshiba.

With over 7,000 Toshiba products available to order, including over 3,000 in stock, Mouser offers a wide portfolio of the newest Toshiba components to help buyers and engineers bring their products to market.

The Toshiba TCKE9 Series 23V 4A eFuse ICs, available from Mouser, are electronic fuses that protect power supply lines from external overcurrent and overvoltage. The TCKE9 Series products have an adjustable current limit and fixed voltage clamp functions, in addition to slew rate control, UVLO, FLAG output, and more. eFuses offer repeatable protection and great accuracy, which is something that standard physical fuses do not.

The UMOS9-H silicon N-channel MOSFETs from Toshiba are ideal for high-efficiency DC-to-DC converters, switching voltage regulators, and motor drivers. Based on a next-generation U-MOS9-H trench process, these MOSFETs deliver high efficiency at all loads. These devices feature 80V drain-source voltage, ±20V gate-source voltage, and 175°C channel temperature. The UMOS9-H MOSFETs are available in a DPAK package option that realises low on resistance (RDS(ON)) and low output charge (QOSS) for increased efficiency in switching-mode power supplies used in base stations, servers, or industrial equipment.

Toshiba’s 40V and 50V fully integrated stepper motor drivers exhibit low on-resistance, fine micro-stepping, and compact form factor with motor driving enhancement features that are suitable for a wide range of industrial applications like actuators and CNC machines. These devices enable a motor to be driven by a single VM power supply with a built-in regulator for IC operation.

The TLP2362B, TLP2368B, TLP2762B, and TLP2768B high-speed isolated photocouplers support and handle slow inputs that add unwanted chattering noise. These devices simplify design and eliminate required external components like Schmitt triggers, which are traditionally used to reduce chattering noise. These photocouplers integrate an internal Faraday shield that provides a guaranteed common-mode transient immunity of ±50 kV/µs. They are well suited for programmable logic controllers, factory automation, and test and measurement equipment.
