Mouser Electronics has announced a new global distribution agreement with ControlByWeb, a manufacturer of Industrial IoT controllers for remote monitoring, control, and data acquisition.
Built in the USA, the platform combines industrial reliability with optional Cloud and cellular connectivity for secure Edge-to-enterprise deployments. Mouser will be stocking an array of products, including the following:
The ControlByWeb X-410 Edge programmable I/O controllers have four relays, four digital inputs, and one temperature input for reliable Edge control. A built-in web server simplifies deployment, while an embedded GUI logic builder supports event-driven and scheduled automation without external software or licensing fees. With peer-to-peer communication, the X-410 can integrate with other ControlByWeb devices to create scalable, protocol-ready control systems for system integrators and OEMs. The X-410 series includes the Wi-Fi-enabled X-410W and cellular-enabled X-410CW, offering flexible connectivity options for a variety of applications.
The X-401 dual relay and input modules combine two SPDT (Form C) relays and two optically isolated inputs in a compact, rugged design for industrial applications. As part of CBW’s 400 Series, the X-401 modules feature a browser-based interface, an embedded GUI logic builder, and support for open protocols, including Modbus, MQTT, SNMP, and REST, enabling seamless integration with PLC, SCADA, and IIoT systems. The lineup includes a Wi-Fi variant (X-401W) and a cellular variant (X-401CW), offering flexibility for a range of connectivity requirements.
The WebRelay single relay and input modules provide web-enabled relay control, data capture, and signal monitoring over IP, with optional Wi-Fi or cellular connectivity. Built on 400 Series firmware, the modules support custom logic and automation, while a streamlined browser-based interface and open REST API simplify integration with PLCs, SCADA platforms, and IIoT applications.
The WebRelay-Quad web-controlled four-relay modules offer flexible relay control and automation through a menu-driven logic builder, open API integration, and support for industrial protocols such as MQTT and Modbus TCP/IP. The relays and optically isolated inputs can monitor devices and control local or remote relays over the network, including through peer-to-peer (P2P) communication. Available with Wi-Fi or cellular connectivity, the WebRelay-Quad modules are well-suited for industrial control, security, remote control and reset, and lighting control applications.
