Intelligent Memory secures DDR4 and eMMC supply

Intelligent Memory secures DDR4 and eMMC supply

Intelligent Memory will present an expanded DDR4 and eMMC portfolio at electronica 2026 at booth C5-361. With additional supply secured, the company is increasing its ability to meet current market requirements and offer customers more options for applications that depend on the continued availability of established memory technologies.

Demand for DDR4 and eMMC remains strong across many industrial, embedded, and infrastructure designs, even as the wider memory industry shifts investment toward newer technology generations. For customers operating long product lifecycles, this transition can create sourcing pressure and limit the range of components available for new and existing designs.

The expanded line will complement Intelligent Memory’s existing portfolio and give customers greater flexibility when selecting DDR4 ICs and modules as well as eMMC solutions for applications with demanding availability and lifecycle requirements. Further product details will be introduced in connection with electronica 2026.

New distribution partnerships

Alongside the supply and portfolio expansion, Intelligent Memory is extending its global reach through a growing distribution network. New partnerships with Sourceability and Flip Electronics will make the company’s memory solutions accessible to a broader customer base and add established channels for customers seeking support with sourcing, product selection and long-term availability.

By combining additional supply with wider geographic coverage, Intelligent Memory is strengthening its ability to support customers in multiple regions and market segments. The strategy reflects the company’s focus on practical solutions for customers navigating constrained supply, technology transitions and long qualification cycles.

“The market continues to show a clear need for reliable DDR4 and eMMC options, particularly for applications that cannot simply move to a new memory generation,” said Alistair Jones, Global Head of Sales and Marketing at Intelligent Memory. “That’s why we are broadening our portfolio and onboarding new partners such as Sourceability and Flip Electronics, which are helping us bring these solutions to more customers around the world. electronica 2026 is the ideal opportunity to discuss these developments directly with the market.”

Visitors to electronica 2026 can meet the Intelligent Memory team in hall C5, booth 361 to learn more about the expanded DDR4 and eMMC offering, discuss current sourcing requirements and explore memory options for long-lifecycle applications. Meetings can be arranged in advance.
