Waldom Electronics has expanded its manufacturer line card by partnering with Knowles, a global specialist in high-performance capacitors, RF filtering products, advanced micro-acoustic microphones, and balanced armature speakers.
As part of this collaboration, Knowles has appointed Waldom as its Master Distributor, enabling Waldom to support the distribution channel with reduced Minimum Order Quantities (MOQs) and ensuring immediate access to a broad range of Knowles products.
This partnership is significant not only for expanding product availability but also for its commitment to sustainability. Knowles has joined Waldom’s Green Stock Programme, a key initiative that focuses on managing global distributor stock rotations in an environmentally responsible manner. Rather than discarding excess stock, this programme ensures that valuable components are reintroduced into the distribution channel, reducing waste and supporting a more sustainable supply chain.
Knowles’ participation in the Green Stock Programme aligns with its broader sustainability goals, recently highlighted by the company’s receipt of the 2024 World Green Manufacturing Excellence Award. This award recognises Knowles’ ongoing dedication to sustainable practices in manufacturing.
