Waldom Electronics announces the addition of Tom Liguori to its Board of Advisors. A seasoned financial leader, Liguori brings more than three decades of global experience as a Chief Financial Officer across Fortune 200 companies and private equity firms. He has a proven track record of driving strategic financial transformation, value creation, and operational efficiency.
Throughout his distinguished career, Liguori has held CFO roles at Avnet, Advanced Energy, and Dole Foods, among others. His deep expertise spans investor relations, capital allocation, M&A, global equity markets, and corporate governance. Liguori is also a Board Director at Master Electronics and a NACD Board Fellow since 2016.

Liguori is a graduate of Boston University, earned an MBA at Arizona State University and completed the Stanford University CFO Programme.
