Bram De Muer

Dr. Bram De Muer is a seasoned technology entrepreneur and microelectronics expert with over two decades of leadership experience in the semiconductor industry. He is the Co-Founder and Chief Executive Officer of ICsense, a leading European mixed-signal ASIC design company headquartered in Leuven, Belgium, with design centres in Ghent and Antwerp. Under his leadership, ICsense evolved from a university spin-off in 2004 into a globally recognised ASIC supplier serving automotive, medical, industrial, and consumer markets. Bram holds a Master and Ph.D. in Microelectronics from KU Leuven, where his research focused on advanced CMOS fractional-N frequency synthesizers for RF applications. He successfully managed ICsense’s strategic acquisition by TDK in 2017, enabling global reach while maintaining operational independence. Today, ICsense is a trusted partner for innovative ASIC development and supply serving product companies worldwide, with more than half of its business outside the TDK group.
